Our position
Vertical, by necessity
Most suppliers buy finished goods and resell them. We do not. Sourcing, cuticle alignment, hand-tied lace work and colour development all happen under one roof — which is why we can answer a question about a batch instead of guessing.
That structure costs more to run. It also means the density on your reorder matches the density on your sample, and that a colour formula stays on file instead of being re-invented.

Verify it, don’t trust it
Every order ships with a batch card. If the goods and the card disagree with your approved sample, we replace the batch.
Batch card
Origin, cuticle direction, density, cap specification and colour code — written down, not verbal.
Pre-shipment inspection
Each batch is checked for shedding, tangling and density against the sample before it is packed.
Factory audit welcome
On-site audits and video walkthroughs can be arranged through your account manager.
